Gate hours will be included in the festival guide. You will not be able to enter before or after gate hours, but you will be able to exit. You must exit by 5pm on Sunday.

For the safety of other attendees, please do not drive on the premises.
Pass holders must obey all local and national laws.
No violence or weapons allowed.
Violence or weapons of any kind will not be tolerated. Violators will be evicted from the festival.
Please email org@awakenusfestival.com if you will be bringing a registered service animal required for a disability. Emotional support humans will be available, so we kindly ask that emotional support pets be left at home.
Respect age appropriate signs.
We added this rule since some of the programming will be for mature audiences. Please do not bring children into areas labeled as "adults only" on the map.
Be kind and respect others' boundaries.

Do not deface property, harm the land, or litter.
If you break it, you buy it. Please leave the property better than you found it. LEAVE NO TRACE - bring a trash bag and pack out your trash. Anyone caught littering will be escorted to the nearest dumpster.
Keep music and other noise at a reasonable level.
Awakenus reserves the right to tell you turn it down a notch so others can enjoy their festival experience and to help us avoid annoying Bohamia's neighbors.
Do not enter the festival without a pass.
Cell phone service may not be reliable, so we may not be able to sell passes at the gate.
Do not over-consume intoxicating substances and ACT RIGHT. Make sure to drink plenty of water, eat, and sleep - take care of your dance machine.
Make the most of your Awakenus experience! We'll publish a festival guide you can use to find events including music and workshops. There will also be plenty of spontaneous interactions; stay present and open to things you may not expect.

Q: Can I get a free pass?
No. Everyone must register and pay for a pass - including all organizers, artists, performers and workshop hosts.
Our festival model is such that everyone is expected bring their gift of creative expression to the event. Read more about how Awakenus is supporting artists here. If you want to request financial support from the Conscious Creativity Fund, please fill out an art grant application.

Q: Will you have single day tickets?
No, but you are welcome to buy a pass and only attend one day. However, we recommend attending all four days/three nights for the best experience.
Q: Are passes refundable?
No, but you can sell your pass on your own accord and transfer your pass. If you need help with a pass transfer, please email us as org@awakenusfestival.com.

Not unless the pet is a registered service animal and you agree to take responsibility for any damages caused by the service animal. Be mindful that the festival environment may not be enjoyable by a service animal - parts will be LOUD with lasers and blinking lights. Please email us to let us know if you are bringing a registered service animal - org@awakenusfestival.com.
Q: What is the dress code?
Q: Will I be able to shower?
Yes. Bohamia has a bathhouse with 3 showers that include hot water.
Q: Will there be food vendors?
Yes, food and beverage vendors will be present at the event. But bring your own food regardless!
Q: Do I need to bring water?
We advise bringing at least 3 gallons of water so you can have water at your camp. Water bottles and jugs may be refilled at the bath house.
Q: Is this a religous event?
Awakenus is not a religious event We may host ceremonies meant for creating a sense of community, celebration, and remembrance of those who are no longer with us. To some, these are spiritual ceremonies, while for others the ceremonies are more about feelings and honoring memories. All forms of spirtual practices are accepted at the festival as long as festival rules are followed.
The Awakenus Org is comprised of commmittee members who volunteer their time. Some support upfront costs for the festival as benefactors. Read more about The Awakenus Org.
