Co-creator and vendor/community org applications for Awakenus YALL will be prioritized for selection for the festival schedule and/or map if:
π An Awakenus YALL festival pass has been purchased by the applicant π
π Volunteer interest was expressed on the application π
π The application was submitted by December 31, 2025 π
The deadline to apply to co-create or table was March 1st.Β

Awakenus is a 100% volunteer run not-for-profit event. The Awakenus Org committee members and leads dedicate their time prior to, during and after the festival. They also purchase their passes.Β
NO ONE GETS A FREE PASS.Β
You can still fill out an interest form if you want to be considered as a co-creator at Awakenus 2027 and/or volunteer at this year's festival. Volunteers will be given priority for placement on the festival schedule and map at future events.
